How long does a campaign run and when does its demand appear?

You choose the length when placing it (up to the maximum, and once chosen it cannot be shortened). It adds demand in the Marketing phase each turn, one wooden token coming off the campaign tile each time, and the campaign is removed after the last token. Demand tokens already on houses stay until the house is fed. When two campaigns hit the same house the lower-numbered campaign places first.
