When the bank first breaks, do I still collect the rest of my income?
The designer said players receive remaining income from the new bank.

Yes. The reserve cards are revealed at once, even in Marketing, their money is added to the bank, and the remaining income is paid from it. Earnings are always paid in full, and money owed comes out of the new bank, not from outside.
