If I have both Iblis and Kandicha, do I keep both killed meeples?
The designer ruled on both situations in 2014.

Yes. Kandicha applies to every meeple you kill, so Iblis's two kills both go in front of you. Iblis must be activated before the kill resolves; a meeple kept from the first kill can't be used to pay for Iblis afterwards.
