When the last Camel is placed or no legal move remains, does the game end immediately?
The designer explained the end-game timing in 2014 and 2015 and it matches the rulebook's End of the Game section.

No. The game ends at the end of that turn (round): every player who has not yet played still gets their turn, including activating Djinns. With no legal moves left, those later players can still use Djinn powers, but there is no new bidding round. The rulebook's use of "turn" here means a full round.
