What happens when my Time drops below zero?

The Action phase ends as soon as the current action finishes resolving. You still enter the Planning phase, where you can only buy Zero Cost cards, and Time resets to 6 at the end of it. The same happens if Time is already below zero when an Action phase would start, whether it dropped in that phase or earlier. Sitting exactly on zero is fine: you may keep playing, but anything that costs Time is unaffordable.
