How do I add Signature Action cards, and do Box of Props items work in any Feature Film?

Question

Accepted Answer

Choose or randomly draw one Signature Action card and add it as an extra Action card available to you. Players report the Box of Props content works in any Feature Film. Scavenge's 'out of play' means the Items set aside during setup, and it works anywhere.
