Damage removes Health markers from Minor Dark Powers first, and a Minor Dark Power with none left is discarded and its effect ends for good. When the Killer heals, base health is filled first and Minor Dark Power spaces can receive recovered health as well. Base health still cannot exceed the starting maximum.
