Crafting is an Action phase activity, not a Planning one. The Blueprint lets you look through the unused Crafted Items and pick one, and Brainstorming adds two more Crafted Item cards faceup (six options). Discarded items don't return, but crafted items such as the Nail Trap or Snare can be recrafted with materials. Only saving Victims interrupts a move, so supply items can't be grabbed mid-move.
