Only the Active Killer takes boot, knife and place-the-Killer steps unless the action says All Killers; then each living Killer acts, starting from the topmost. Attacking an Intruder makes it the active one, and if you kill the active Intruder, the topmost surviving Intruder takes over. Several Killers at Final Health still give only one +1 die. A lone surviving Intruder performs every action line, but only attack lines with a knife do anything.
