Are the unnumbered spaces at the ends of the Horror track part of the track?
Community players agree the end spaces work like any other track space, and the rulebook covers moving off the track.

Yes — the blank green and red end spaces are ordinary spaces of the Horror track and the Horror marker can sit on them. If the marker is already at an end and would move off the track, you take the bonus or penalty printed there instead.
