While The Damned is alive the Killer always moves toward him, whatever the card's target icon. If it ends its move in a space with other Victims or the Final Girl and the card has an attack icon, it still attacks them. When The Damned dies, Bloodlust rises 3 in total: the card's +2 plus the normal +1.
