While asleep, one Boiler Room card is resolved at the end of each Killer phase, and during your Action phase you may voluntarily resolve as many as you like, at no cost and not as an action. Once you finish them all you wake up automatically (unless a card keeps you asleep). Boiler Room attacks hit you wherever Dr. Fright is and are subject to full Bloodlust damage; if the Killer phase ends early (such as a Final Health revive), the card isn't resolved.
