Can an enemy in the same zone as the Pseudodragon target it, and can enemies move into its zone?

An enemy in its zone cannot target it. It skips the distance 0 band if another valid target exists; if none exists, its activation ends. An enemy outside the zone can still target it and move in normally. The ability does not stop damage from a combat's Special Rules card, such as Undead Champions, which still applies to the Pseudodragon.
