What exactly does the Rogue's Hide skill ignore, and where does it apply?

While in Stealth, Hide ignores minion abilities marked with the [!] icon (Blocker, Pursuit, Burrower and similar) in whatever zone the Rogue is in during her turn. Pursuing minions will not follow her that turn, even after an energy move of two zones. It does not stop enemies attacking her, and it does not cancel abilities that create separate effects, such as a toxic pool being placed when a minion dies.
