No. It succeeds if at least one hero exits alive, unless the objective says everyone must survive, and it fails if every hero is KO'd on the way out. A hero who loses their last health while exiting is KO'd and takes a Corruption card but does not count as having left. At the end of a scene a still-KO'd hero resets to 2 health and 2 energy.
