Is Wildfire's text a Penalty that Island or Protection Rune can clear?
The designer confirmed it and an errata fixed the label.

Yes. The designer confirmed Wildfire's text is a Penalty, so clearing effects can remove it and a Doppelgänger can copy it. Later printings label it correctly.
