Everdell
Where does Nightweave's Frog Ambassador go when no River location meets her requirements?
She always places it on a River location, never the Haven. She prefers unrevealed River cards she meets the most requirements for, then unrevealed ones she meets none for, then revealed ones in the same order. She never takes a revealed River while unrevealed ones remain.
