If a construction with a worker on it is discarded or destroyed, do you get the worker back?
It depends on where the worker sits. Workers on permanent spots such as the Cemetery or Monastery are not recovered, even with a Ranger. A worker on a non-permanent card goes onto the Ruins or University and returns at the next Season action.
