Does Nightweave's Noteworthy Personality reduce the extra cost of a Judge or Dungeon?
Yes. Noteworthy's extra berry cost can be reduced by card effects such as Dungeon or Judge. The Judge also applies when a card is played with an occupied token. The designer says this is official.
