Does Nightweave Prepare for Season when she draws a Pearlbrook card and has no meeples in her Lair, with the Frog Ambassador already placed?
No. Pearlbrook-icon cards do not trigger Prepare for Season. Since the Ambassador is already placed, she takes the Second Action, spending a Pearl to play an Adornment, or the Default Action if she cannot.
