Can a Legendary card be reactivated, copied or used again by another card?
No — a Legendary card activates only when it is played or when a worker is placed on it, plus any trigger written on the card itself. Copy effects such as the Gardener do not work on it, and effects that re-trigger a card, like Whisper or Compass, do not reactivate it. A worker moved off a Legendary destination can be placed again only on a later turn.
