Can a solo disc draw push a Golem over the hand limit?

In Basic mode yes: a disc can be used any time, even on another Golem's turn. In Story Mode it is used on the Golem's own turn, before or after its action. Hearts work as normal and only drawing is limited, so there is no discard.
