How does the Interceptor Bay work?

When a ship with an Interceptor Bay is activated to move, it may bring up to two unpinned Interceptors per bay along for free, loaded where the activation starts and dropped off where it ends. Bays matter only during that move: a retreat is not a Move activation, so the Interceptors retreat on their own.
