Which Population Cubes can go on an Orbital?
The rulebook says Orbitals take Money or Science cubes only, and the publisher's FAQ confirms it.

Only Money or Science cubes, never Materials, whatever planets the hex has. Cubes on an Orbital can't be swapped between tracks; when the hex is lost they go back to either the Money or Science track.
