Can I rearrange or discard Ambassador Tiles on my reputation track?
The rulebook states both rules and the publisher's FAQ confirms them.

You may rearrange tiles on the track at any time, but an Ambassador can never be discarded — it leaves only when relations break through an attack. Reputation tiles can be discarded when the track is full.
