Can the same Ranger take two turns in a row?
The rulebook states the role-exhaust exception and the last-Ranger exception.

Only by exhausting their role card, or when they are the only Ranger who has not yet rested (which is always true in solo play). Otherwise a different Ranger must take the next turn, and there is no fixed turn order from round to round. The exhausted role cannot use its own ability until the refresh phase readies it.
