What cards go into the path deck for a new location?

All cards of the terrain set matching the path you just traveled, plus either the destination's own location set (if pivotal) or three random Valley cards (if not), plus any cards that weather, location or missions add. Use the terrain of the path you took, not the terrain beyond your destination. Cards from the place you left are not used. There is no 'standard' set; the General set is used only when something tells you to.
