How does the Obstacle keyword work?

You cannot interact with any card that has a ready Obstacle between you and it, and you cannot travel while any Obstacle is ready in play. An Obstacle in your reach blocks cards along the way and in the surroundings. Clear it, exhaust it, or dodge it to get past; a dodged Obstacle neither fatigues you nor blocks you but its challenge effects still count. Beings can usually be dealt with using Connect or Avoid, while features and locations are handled with Traverse.
