How does the Lingering Injury malady work and how do I remove it?

It is added to your deck when your third injury ends a day and is an extra card on top of thirty. Its fatigue increase applies each time you rest, for as long as you have it. You get rid of it only by passing the test printed on it, not by healing an injury, and it cannot be swapped out like other cards.
