Which cards never cause fatigue when I interact past them?

Exhausted cards, cards with the Friendly keyword, and cards whose presence is 0 (fatiguing you for 0 does not count as fatiguing you). Friendly Ranger cards are exempt too. Non-friendly spirits and your own features within reach still fatigue you. A Friendly card's presence still matters as the difficulty of connecting with it and for other cards' effects.
