What happens when the path deck runs out?
The rulebook gives the draw rule and the designer clarified scouting.

If you must draw from an empty path deck, shuffle the path discard to form a new path deck. But a scout or search that asks for more cards than remain does not reshuffle; you simply look at what is left. Shuffling a card back into the deck, as with a Flood, also undoes any scouting you did.
