Do Ghost Dwellings add battle dice and do Ghosts build before battle?
Yes to both. Ghost Dwellings add battle dice just like players' Dwellings, and the Ghosts build their Dwelling before battle, unlike players. Dwellings can only be built on Elemental Realms, so never on Ruins.
