Can a Legion use more than one Troop-transport (Ornithopter) in a turn?

No — a Legion can use only one Ornithopter per turn, meaning per Action die (or card). This covers moves and attacks, so a double move or a move-and-attack ability like Feyd-Rautha's lets the Legion use an Ornithopter for one of the two steps, not both. Across a whole round it can use one again with each further Action die it spends. This reflects the 3.0 FAQ, which replaced earlier looser advice that gave exceptions.
