Where can Houses Major Troops land, and how do landed pieces behave?
Players agree on this reading, but most of it traces to one rules answerer and no official post confirms it.
In an empty Area not adjacent to enemy Legions or enemy Settlements (your own Settlements are fine). Whether an impassable border breaks adjacency is read in the movement sense, so an impassable border separates the Areas, though one player disputes that. Over six troops must be split between two adjacent legal Areas. Pieces landed during an action cannot be used in the same action.
