Which Imperium Bans are active after Spice Harvesting when several markers move down, and can an already-active Ban be chosen?
Several players say the FAQ replaced the older rule; the earlier answer is kept for reference.

Under the current rules (FAQ 3.0), the Bans of every marker on the bottom step plus the Bans of every marker that moved down in the round are all active. The older rule, where you chose one Ban and could not pick one already active, is gone; it replaces the shorter text in the older rulebook.
