Is the North Pole part of every sector for Ornithopters, Prescience conditions and Air Zones?
The rulebook states the North Pole belongs to all four central sectors; players apply it to specific cards.

Yes — the North Pole counts as part of all four central sectors (not the outer ones), and all four central Air Zones connect to it. So any suitable Ornithopter can serve a Legion there, and a Harkonnen Legion on the Pole puts all four central sectors in play for cards that care about Harkonnen presence in a sector, such as Families Flee, Paul Drinks the Water of Life or The Tahaddi Challenge.
