Does the Fear Is the Mind-Killer planning card stay in hand until the end of the round?
It is not discarded from your hand if you do not play it, and you can keep it as long as you like. Once you attach it to a Prescience card, it is discarded only if you fail to earn that card by the end of the round (the end of the End of the Round phase).
