Can Sandworms, Wormsigns or Regulars be placed or moved onto an area with an unclaimed Ecological Testing Station?
A Sandworm can move onto a station but cannot be placed there (the Wild Maker's placement does not work on an unclaimed station), because placement needs an empty area with no tokens or figures. A Wormsign can be placed there since a station is not a Settlement or Sietch. A card that needs an empty area, such as the Hiereg Regular placement, cannot use a station area.
