What can Suspensor Troopers not do?
They cannot use Ornithopters (they are not a Legion), cannot enter an area holding a Sandworm so they cannot reach Sandriders there, and cannot be deployed in the Smuggler Carryall's sector. Entering a Fremen Camp area already holding Rocket Launchers does nothing; the Harkonnen must move out and back in with a Desert War action to trade for one.
