When can the Atreides take Desert War actions, and are they shared in 3-4 player games?
Each time the Atreides take a Desert Power Action (including ones from planning cards or leaders) they may also take a Desert War Action, before or after it, so several can happen in one turn. In 3 and 4 player games they are used like standard actions and shared with the ally.
