Do battle Prescience cards (Ya Haya Chouhada!, Bloody Swords and Fanatic Legions, attack on a guarded Settlement) require winning?
No. They need an attack in which you deal at least one hit; you can cease the attack after one hit. The card is claimed once the battle is completed. For the guarded-Settlement card with a Named Leader, one Unit plus the Leader forms a Legion, so the attack counts even if it loses.
