What is the difference between "deploy" and "place"?
"Deploy" takes figures from the reserve onto the board. "Place" can take figures from the reserve or from anywhere on the board (but not from the Regeneration Tank), so it can relocate a unit already in play. A deploy instruction cannot move a Named Leader that is already on the board.
