When can the Atreides win: only at the end of the round, or immediately?

Normally only at the end of the round. The one exception, from the updated rules (FAQ 3.0), is destroying Arrakeen: after the Prescience markers advance for it, the Atreides win on the spot if the Secret Objective is met. First-printing rulebooks lack that exception, so older copies say end of round only.
