When a Harkonnen Legion enters its Area, it is flipped and resolved at once. Placing a token into an Area that already holds a Harkonnen Legion does not flip it. Atreides Legions never reveal tokens. If the Legion fights its way into the Area, the token resolves only after the battle and only if the Harkonnen won and advanced in.
