How many Sandworm attacks does Desert Power give, and how often can the Old Man of the Desert act?
Desert Power gives one Sandworm attack per action; a two-attack version was removed in playtesting. The Old Man of the Desert is removed at the start of Desert Hazards, and each use needs a Desert Power action plus a discarded Sandworm, so uses are capped by both.
