Each Desert or Deep Desert Area holding a Harkonnen Legion or Harvester and no Wormsign or Sandworm gets one random face-down token. Tokens in Areas with an Atreides Legion or a Sandworm are discarded first. Then all tokens on the board are flipped, including ones in otherwise empty desert left from earlier Desert Power actions.
