When do I draw a card after cards are discarded or removed by an opponent's ability?
The rulebook's end-of-round rule says you draw exactly one card in phase 3.

Only at the end of the round, when you draw exactly one card. Losing cards to an opponent's ability gives no replacement draw; only cards that explicitly say to draw make you draw mid-round.
