Do I have to use my extra Actions, extra Buys or all my coins?
The designer confirmed that extra Actions and Buys need not be used, and the rulebook says players need not use all Buys.

No — everything is optional. You may leave Actions unplayed, skip the Buy phase purchases entirely, or end your turn without playing or buying anything, and you can leave the Action phase early while Actions remain.
