How many Estates, Duchies and Provinces go in the Supply for 2, 3 or 4 players?
The designer confirmed the Victory pile adjustment, and the rulebook gives the numbers.

12 of each in a 3 or 4 player game and 8 of each in a 2 player game. The 3 Estates each player starts with are taken from the box first, not from the Supply pile. Kingdom Victory cards such as Gardens use the same counts (8 or 12). Action and Treasure piles do not change with player count.
