Dominion
Must I trash a card with Chapel? Is playing it with zero trashed still an Action?
The designer confirmed zero is allowed, and the rulebook says Chapel cannot trash itself.

No, you may trash up to four cards, and zero is allowed. Chapel is still played as an Action, and you cannot trash the Chapel itself.
